These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and j1777 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the j1777 website accessible at j1777.cam and all associated services, products and features offered therein.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms are supplemented by additional policies including the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gambling Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific policy, these Terms shall take precedence unless the specific policy expressly states otherwise.

To register and maintain an Account on j1777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis thereafter:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater.

You are required to provide truthful personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid contact details. It is your responsibility to keep this information current. j1777 may request documentary evidence to verify the accuracy of information held on your Account at any time.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. j1777 recommends the use of a strong, unique password and, where available, two-factor authentication. You must notify j1777 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

j1777 reserves the right to classify an Account as dormant if it has had no login activity for a continuous period as specified in the Platform's dormancy policy. Dormancy fees and Account closure procedures, where applicable, will be communicated in accordance with the relevant policy.

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting j1777 support. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any qualifying real-money balance will be returned to you subject to standard withdrawal procedures and KYC requirements.

j1777 accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the Platform's cashier page at the time of deposit. Familiar payment references for Pakistani players include Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. The actual availability of any payment method is subject to the operator's current supported options and may change without prior notice. References to payment brands do not imply endorsement, affiliation or guaranteed availability.

Account balances may be displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where supported. Actual currency conversion rates, where applicable, are determined at the time of the transaction and are subject to the operator's exchange rate policy.

You may only fund your Account using payment instruments registered in your own name. Funding from third-party sources is strictly prohibited. j1777 reserves the right to reverse any deposit and close your Account where third-party funding is identified.

Withdrawals of real-money balances are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. j1777 will not process withdrawals from unverified Accounts. The Player must provide all requested identification and address documentation before any withdrawal is approved.

j1777 aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the Platform's banking information section. Processing times may vary depending on the withdrawal method selected, the volume of pending requests and the completeness of the Player's KYC documentation. j1777 does not guarantee specific processing times and accepts no liability for delays outside its reasonable control.

Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to availability and the applicable payment provider's policies. Where return to the same source is not possible, j1777 may request alternative instructions from the Player.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply as published on the Platform's cashier page. Withdrawal limits may be subject to VIP tier adjustments, promotional terms or individual account conditions.

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers and other promotions offered by j1777 are governed by these Terms and any specific promotion terms published alongside the relevant offer. In the event of any inconsistency, the specific promotion terms shall prevail over these general provisions for that promotion only.

Unless a promotion expressly states otherwise, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. These requirements specify the number of times the relevant bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered on qualifying games before any winnings generated from the bonus become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits and any game contribution weightings are set out in the specific promotion terms for each offer.

j1777 takes a strict approach to bonus abuse. Actions including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploitation of system errors or loopholes, and hedging bets across multiple accounts or platforms to guarantee profit from bonus funds are strictly prohibited. Where bonus abuse is identified, j1777 reserves the right to void any associated winnings, cancel any pending withdrawal and close the relevant Account(s).

j1777 reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion prior to the change will not be adversely affected by modifications made after the opt-in, except where the promotion terms expressly reserve the right to make such changes.

All bets and wagers placed on the j1777 Platform are subject to these Terms and the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, game or market. Players are strongly encouraged to familiarise themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

A wager is not confirmed until it is officially accepted by j1777's betting engine and a confirmation reference is issued. j1777 reserves the right to decline or cancel any wager where there are reasonable grounds to do so, including but not limited to suspected error in pricing, system malfunction or policy breach.

In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to an obvious pricing error, system fault or data feed failure — j1777 reserves the right to void the affected wager(s) and refund the original stake. This applies regardless of whether the Player won or lost the affected wager. j1777 will not honour bets placed at erroneously priced odds that a reasonable person would have identified as a mistake.

In-play markets on cricket, football, UFC and other live sports are subject to rapid pricing changes. j1777 accepts no liability for delays between the placement of an in-play bet and its acceptance during live events, including scenarios where the match situation has materially changed during the processing window.

All RNG (Random Number Generator) based games on j1777 utilise certified RNG technology. Outcome determination for all such games is independent, random and not influenced by the Platform or prior results. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the j1777 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and/or referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own name or under a false identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using software, bots, scripts, automated systems or any other technology to obtain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting or any form of corrupt wagering conduct in connection with any sport, event or market offered on the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Attempting to circumvent any security, age verification or responsible gambling control implemented by j1777.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud or financial crime.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, reverse-engineer or otherwise exploit any content on the Platform without the express prior written permission of j1777.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, j1777 excludes all representations, warranties and conditions, whether express or implied, relating to the Platform's fitness for purpose, uninterrupted availability, accuracy of information and freedom from technical errors.

j1777 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive losses or damages arising out of your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption, even if j1777 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

Nothing in these Terms excludes j1777's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

j1777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the change taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 4.4.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which j1777 is duly licensed and/or incorporated, as specified in the operator's current licence documentation.

In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to contact j1777 support in the first instance to seek informal resolution. Where informal resolution is not achieved, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures published on the Platform, which may include access to an approved alternative dispute resolution (ADR) scheme where required by the applicable licence terms.

Nothing in this clause affects your rights under the mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
